Production characteristics:
- Cima Corgo;
- Schist soil;
- 500m altitude;
- Average vine age: 25 years;
Vinification: After careful collection of the grapes in small capacity boxes, they are carefully pressed in a pneumatic press; this is followed by decanting for 48 hours at a low temperature; prolonged fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control in order to preserve the varietal aromas of the grapes.
Filtration: Cartridge + Membrane
Physical and chemical analysis: Alcohol - 13%; Total Acidity - 6.5 g/dm3; pH - 3.40
Tasting Notes:
Visual examination: Clear with a light salmon color;
Olfactory examination: Red fruits like cherries, with fresh, floral notes like violets;
