Production characteristics:

Vinification: After careful collection of the grapes in small capacity boxes, they are carefully pressed in a pneumatic press; this is followed by decanting for 24 hours at a low temperature; prolonged fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control in order to preserve the varietal aromas of the grapes.

Physical and chemical analysis: Alcohol - 13%; Total Acidity - 7.3 g/dm3; pH - 3.06

Olfactory examination: The white fruit is at its optimum ripeness, combined with some floral components.
Taste test: Elegant and with a balance between alcohol and the grape variety's natural acidity that gives it plenty of freshness.
