Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz.
Production characteristics:
- Cima Corgo;
- Schist soil;
- 450m average altitude;
- Average vine age: 25 years;
Vinification: After careful collection of the grapes in small boxes, they are carefully pressed, followed by decanting for 24 hours and prolonged fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Internship: In stainless steel and then in a bottle
Filtration: Cartridge + Membrane
Physical and chemical analysis: Alcohol - 13.5%; Total Acidity - 5.0 g/dm3; pH - 3.67
Tasting Notes:
Visual examination: Clear, ruby red color;
Olfactory examination: Notes of ripe red fruit such as cherry and strawberry;
Taste test: A very soft, “round” wine, with a good persistence and finish that makes it a pleasant wine to drink.
