No contract exists between you and the Company for the sale of any goods until the Company has received your order together with payment and the Company has accepted your order. Once your payment has been received, the Company will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address provided on the order form. Acceptance of your order by the Company creates a legally binding contract between you and the Company. The Company may change these terms of sale without prior notice in relation to future sales.
Product information, prices and content
A Quinta do Monte Travesso, Unipessoal Lda. reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer on: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
The images that illustrate each product on the website www.quintadomontetravesso.com may be different from the product delivered; these same products may also be out of stock. If, on receipt of your order, the products you have ordered are not available from stock, the Company will inform you as soon as possible and will refund or credit any amount that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the products.

Payment for goods and delivery costs can be made by ATM reference, MBWAY, Visa and Master Card. In all cases, the Company does not have access to or record any of your debit/credit card or bank account information.

Delivery
When you place your order, you will be informed of the delivery cost to your address/country during the checkout process. If you don't see your country in the drop-down menu during the registration process, it's because we don't deliver to your country. If this is the case, you can contact us by email: geral@quintadomontetravesso.com and we can try to help you find a solution to send your order to your country.
For corporate orders, please contact us at geral@quintadomontetravesso.com to request a quote and we will provide you with our best price for the order and the lowest possible shipping costs. The goods you order will be delivered to the address you provided when you placed your order.
All orders must be signed for on delivery by a person of legal drinking age.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods within 5 working days; however, in rare cases, it may take up to 10 working days. A working day is any day other than weekends and bank or other holidays (whether in your country or in Portugal). The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of any delay in delivery. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered and will be responsible for the risk of loss or damage to them once they have been delivered.
Breaks
If there are breakages, we will refund the cost of the broken bottles to your credit card, or send replacement bottles. We will refund any item received broken. Each shipment of goods must be carefully checked at the time of delivery to ensure that it is intact and complete, otherwise you may reject the delivery or formalize the claim with the courier if the goods are only partially damaged.
Claims for breakages will only be accepted if we are notified within 24 hours of delivery and the damaged products and their packaging are kept for inspection. The courier must be informed of breakages or shortages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are indicated in the courier's documentation.
Returns
If any of the products you have purchased are broken, damaged or out of condition, please contact us at geral@quintadomontetravesso.com to solve the problem.
Right to cancel
The customer has the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 14 days after the purchase of the goods. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify the Company in writing by e-mail to geral@quintadomontetravesso.com and include details of the goods ordered and their delivery. If you exercise your right to cancel after the goods have been delivered, unless the item is faulty or we have delivered the item by mistake, you should contact us at geral@quintadomontetravesso.com to arrange collection by our authorized distributor at your expense. You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Once you have notified the Company that you are canceling the contract, the Company will refund or credit you within 30 days for any amount that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods from the date of cancellation or receipt of the returned goods, if applicable. If you do not make the goods available to our authorized distributor as required, the Company may charge you an amount not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
MISCELLANEOUS
You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms and Conditions to another company where we reasonably believe that your rights will not be affected. If you breach these Terms and Conditions and the Company chooses to ignore it, the Company will still be entitled to use its rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach the Terms and Conditions. The Company shall not be liable for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
