Grape varieties: Old vines, with a strong predominance of Touriga Nacional.

Vinification: After careful collection of the grapes in small capacity boxes, the grapes are completely destemmed; prolonged alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled treading mills, followed by spontaneous malo-lactic fermentation.
Internship: 16 months in 3 new 225-liter French oak barrels (Seguin Moreau and François Frères).
Filtration: Cartridge + Membrane.
Physical and chemical analysis: Alcohol - 13%; Total Acidity - 6.40 g/dm3; pH - 3.68
Tasting Notes:
Visual examination: Clear with a deep ruby red color.
Olfactory examination: Great aromatic complexity, with notes of black fruit that evolve into jammy fruit and dark chocolate, adding a well-defined smokiness.
Taste test: Freshness, good volume and firm tannins with plenty of structure. Long, intense finish.
