Production characteristics:
- Cima Corgo;
- Schist soil;
- 450m altitude;
- Average vine age: 25 years;
Vinification: After careful collection of the grapes in small capacity boxes, they are carefully pressed in a pneumatic press; this is followed by decanting for 24 hours at a low temperature; prolonged fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control in order to preserve the varietal aromas of the grapes.
Filtration: Cartridge + Membrane
Physical and chemical analysis: Alcohol - 13%; Total Acidity - 7 g/dm3; pH - 3.10

Olfactory examination: Fresh and mineral with notes of tropical fruits and citrus fruits
Taste test: Balanced, which makes it an elegant wine with a crunchiness typical of the grape variety, which gives it an exclusive character.
