Production characteristics:

- Selection of less vigorous vines in a total area of 2 ha;
- 450 m altitude;

Vinification: After careful collection of the grapes in small capacity boxes, the grapes are completely destemmed; prolonged alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled treading mills, followed by spontaneous malo-lactic fermentation.
Internship: 16 months in 3 new 300-liter French oak barrels (Seguin Moreau and Taransaud).
Filtration: Cartridge + Membrane.
Physical and chemical analysis: Alcohol - 13.5%; Total Acidity - 6.2 g/dm3; pH - 3.66
Tasting Notes:
Visual examination: Clear with a deep ruby red color.
Olfactory examination: Rich, deep and complex. Notes of black fruit, light toast and spices stand out.
Taste test: Austerity in the mouth, complex structure, tannins present but round. Long and persistent finish.
