Production characteristics:
- Cima Corgo;
- Schist soil;
- 450m average altitude;
- Average vine age: 15 years;
Vinification: After careful collection of the grapes in small boxes, the grapes are completely destemmed; fermentation follows in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Internship: In stainless steel and then in a bottle
Filtration: Cartridge + Membrane
Physical and chemical analysis: Alcohol - 13%; Total Acidity - 7.0 g/dm3; pH - 3.16
Tasting Notes:
Visual examination: Clear, greenish citrus color;
Olfactory examination: Notes of ripe white and stone fruit such as peaches and apples;
Taste test: A round wine, with a good persistence combined with prolonged freshness, which makes it a pleasant wine to drink.
